Finally, it snowed!!!
The flower beds are under a nice, warm, white blanket. Their roots are protected from the evils of winter.
With this covering most will be saved. With any luck, it will stay until spring, no more rain, or thaws.
This is a series of money saving ideas, and tips for gardeners. I will relate them as they occur in my own perennial beds. When winter arrives I will move indoors and talk about houseplants and the chores related to them. Hope you all enjoy.
